Having spent many years in the military I have seen first hand the impact of trauma on both service personnel and civilians.

Trauma and PTSD are areas I have studied extensively so that I can offer the best therapy for every individual that is living with the many after-effects of experiencing trauma.

I am qualified to work as a phone and online therapist as well as the more traditional face to face sessions.

Some people may be unable to attend face to face sessions for physical, health or geographical reasons and I feel that this should not be a barrier to receiving good quality therapy.

My time in the military puts me in the very privileged position of being able to understand the language, discipline, ethos and self reliance of those who have served or are still serving. Combining this knowledge with my training as a therapist, has made me realise that I can offer you therapy tailored to suit your needs, with a therapist who used to wear the uniform.

An initial 30 minute meeting is free.

Sessions are £50 for a full hour, face to face, phone or online.

Sessions of 90 minutes can be arranged at a cost of £70.

Psychedelic Integration and Preparation

Psychedelic integration is helpful for anyone who has experienced an expanded state of consciousness at any point in their lives.

Whilst psychedelics are not currently legal in the UK, I am able to work with clients that are planning or have experienced a psychedelic journey, be that in a clinical setting, ceremonial setting abroad or individually.
